Booking and Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 7 days or more before departure: full refund without any deductions.
- Cancellation 7-3 days before departure: 20% service fee will be deducted.
- Cancellation 3-1 days before departure: 40% of the booking loss fee will be deducted.
- Cancellation on the day of departure: 60% of hotel, car, etc. booking loss costs will be deducted.

2. Clothing and climate adaptation
- Shanghai/Chongqing/Chengdu have a warm and comfortable climate; Zhangjiajie, Wulong, and Jiuzhaigou have large temperature differences between day and night, and the mountainous areas are humid, so windproof jackets and non-slip hiking shoes are necessary.
- The weather in mountainous areas is changeable, so always keep simple rain gear; ultraviolet rays are strong throughout the year, so take sun protection.
- It is recommended to wear flat and comfortable shoes on the glass plank road, canyon, and forest plank road. High heels and slippers are prohibited.
3. Instructions for traveling by cross-city high-speed rail
- The entire high-speed train schedule is locked in advance, and private vehicles pick up and drop off at the station on time. The connection is relaxed and there is no pressure to rush, adapting to the slow travel pace of foreigners.
4. Safety regulations for visiting scenic spots
